Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Kytura Naturals is committed to providing high‑quality products and reliable customer support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page to initiate assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Approved cancellations made within the 24‑hour window will be refunded within 10 business days.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

1. If you bought a body oil, essential oil blend, or skincare product, refunds, returns and exchanges are permitted.

  • Condition: We accept new or slightly used/gently used products if the formulation does not support your wellness needs.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase date or within 10 days of receiving your online delivery.

  • Refund Type: You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment if you have the original receipt or online order confirmation email. 

2. The Ultrasonic Diffuser

If you are returning an ultrasonic diffuser, the rules are slightly different to reduce waste. Only diffusers can be exchanged.

  • Within 10 Days: You can return a brand new, unused diffuser with the original receipt for a full refund. 

  • After 10 Days: If a diffuser malfunctions or stops working due to normal use. Misuse or accidental damage is not covered. 

3. How to Process Your Return

  • Must be returned with the original receipt within 10 days of delivery.

  • Email Kytura Support with your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for written approval before shipping the item back. Shipping is at the purchasers expense. You will receive store credit via an e-gift card instead of a credit card refund. 

All refunds are issued in the currency of purchase. If approved, refunds may take up to 40 business days from the date of approval to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Kytura Naturals is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays
